Yes, but it takes an extra step. After completing your upload, please reach out to us to let us know which countries to remove, and we can submit an update to streaming services. On the contact form, select "Managing Music / Lyrics / Credits in stores", and then select "I need to remove my release from specific countries".
This works best when you upload at least 1-2 weeks before your schedule release date.
FYI, most uploads appear worldwide in every country that the different services support. Some releases may not be distributed to all countries based on language, explicit content, licensing, and other various issues that are outside of DistroKid's control.
